One Bunda
Mothers navigate some of life’s most vulnerable moments, yet essential services—from booking appointments to accessing medical information and communicating with the hospital
Jakarta’s Mother and Child Hospitals operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment where patients—particularly mothers—must juggle medical decisions, time constraints, and emotional stress. Key services such as appointment scheduling, medical information, and hospital communication are often scattered across different systems.
OneBunda is a mobile application designed to support patients of a Mother and Child Hospital in Jakarta. OneBunda centralises essential hospital services—such as appointments, information access, and communication—into a single, intuitive platform, aiming to reduce cognitive load and improve the overall care experience for mothers and families.

OneBunda design applies inclusive design principles to accommodate mothers and children with using soft and fun color schemes. Large touch targets, clear icon-label pairings, and legible typography support ease of use for new parents, caregivers, and older users. Content is structured to minimise decision fatigue, while personalised information and gentle visual cues create a sense of trust and reassurance.
