Flight was envisioned as more than air travel—it was designed to reflect the warmth, grace, and hospitality of Indonesia itself, turning each journey into a comforting, culturally rooted experience that begins long before takeoff and lingers well after landing.
Key user pain points identified include difficulties in checking flight bookings, differentiating between voucher and promo codes, editing booking details, finding the best fare promotions, and adding special requests such as wheelchair assistance.
Improving Garuda Indonesia’s website by enhancing user experience and simplifying ticket booking and managing, as well as revamping the interface into a minimalist and cleaner look.


With the revamped booking flow, users can easily select fare groups via hover interactions and proceed to the next steps, while retaining the flexibility to review and modify flight details at later stages without restarting the process. The addition of a special request feature further enhances control and convenience, supporting a smoother and more user-centric booking experience.
